The product came good. Installation is okay. The only comment on this product is the seat is thin and the bolts attached on the underside is poking through and uncomfortable. Need to put another cushion to make the seat comfortable

The chair is overall comfortable and stylish, providing great support for long hours of computer use. However, setting it up was a bit tricky.
