Bought this chair, what a con, this is without doubt one of the worst chair I've ever sat in, and the massage function what a joke, it's just a slight vibration machine. I am very disappointed in the terrible quality of fabric and overall build. There is cables for the massage equipment, always getting in the way dangling in front of the adjustable handles and long enough to roll over and get caught up. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Padding is poor, I can actually feel the poles underneath through the seat. Material is cheap & flimsy. The most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in, material is rough and scratchy and it smells bad.
