We're sorry to hear that the Grey Zephyr Rug from Lifestyle Floors hasnt met your expectations. A little shedding can be normal with new rugs as loose fibres release, but it shouldnt feel excessive. A few quick tips that can help right away:Vacuum with suction only (no rotating brush/beater bar) and go with the direction of the pile.Trim any loose fibres with scissorsplease dont pull them.Use short, regular vacuums and empty the canister often.A rug pad/underlay can reduce friction and shedding.A gentle lint roller or rubber broom can help pick up surface fluff.If the shedding still feels heavy or youre simply unhappy with the material, plesae reach out to our Care Team who will be happy to help.
