Grey Pryden Memory Foam Pillow

This pillow has two (long) sides to choose from. This is great because one side works well for me to sleep both on my back and side while the other side only worked for side sleeping. To be comfortable, I must put my head in the correct spot. The spot is easy to find by feeling the wings of the pillow. I've always had pain in my neck and since having 3 cervical discs fused 3 months ago, I'm ultra cautious and particular about my pillow choice. This type of pillow was recommended by the occupational therapist I consulted post-surgery.

I was a bit sceptical at first but it really did support my neck. I always have neck/shoulder pain when I wake and so far so good, no pain or headache in the morning! The pillow also fits in a normal pillow case.

I personally love this pillow. It has helped my neck so much. I was skeptical but I’m so glad I tried it.

Not so great looking in a pillow case but just throw it under another pillow to cover it. Has genuinely helped with my neck pain and that is worth every dollar.

A win for anyone with a dodgy neck. Supportive without being too firm. Also seems to help with snoring, or at least that’s what I’m told.

I really like the support the pillow gives for your neck.

I got this for my mum who always woke up with a sore neck and shoulders. She absolutely loves it! She said her sleep has improved greatly and no more stiffness in the mornings. About to get myself and hubby one each.

I have a bad shoulder from a previous injury and this pillow helps so much. It has also, apparently, helped with my snoring and breathing. My sleep is less interrupted and I wake with less upper body pain. Love it and highly recommend. My neighbour has now ordered the pillow.

Found this to be very hard, used it for 2 hrs and went back to my normal pillows.

I don’t find it a comfortable pillow. Tried it for a few weeks but my neck ended up stiff so I swapped back to my old one

I think this has opened my airway and helped me sleep better. Awkward shape but manageable.

I bought this pillow for myself and I'm so surprised how fantastic it is I'll never go back to a normal pillow it's cool to sleep on and all my neck and shoulder pain have gone as well as my sinus and reflux the pillow is so comfortable I'm sleeping all night highly recommended

This is the worst pillow. Aggravates neck conditions, uncomfortable as anything, and looks ridiculous in a pillow case.
