Very slippery to walk on top of this rug, as the material is very silky. Not sure if this is an appropriate material for a rug. A potential slipping hazard especially for for young kids or elderly. This is very unfortunate , as otherwise this rug is absolutely beautiful, and very soft :( Will be sad to part with it, but I feel I must share my concerns in the interest of safety.
