Echoing the comments from others. Nice product but the instructions need to be reviewed. They have made the assembly unnecessarily complex with the different type of screws types and lengths. It does say that you need two people to assemble. I didn't which is the why it took longer for me to assemble. Finished product is great and the gas lift is manageable with the Sleeping Duck Mattress that we have. If you have a drill with Allen Key bits, I would recommend consider using. It will save you lots of time.

Beautiful bed, great quality and highly recommend purchasing. I did use an Airtasker to put it together, so factor that into the cost when you purchase.

Fantastic bed, easy to assemble.

The instructions were terrible, however after a few days of trying to work it out we finally got there. Once the bed was together, we couldn't be happier. Sturdy and storage is generous.

This bed came with the worst parts so had to get an assembly specialist to drill new holes to make it fit. Good bed frame though

Time consuming and sometimes confusing instructions. However seems solid enough to last quite a while, and hopefully it does as price was moderate as have to add in shipping cost. What the daughter wanted so thats what she got.

I must admit, I was disappointed when I first opened the box. The colour turned out to be darker than pictured, and the bedhead was no where near as tall as it looked in the picture. However, putting it together wasn't too tricky, although it did take a bit longer than I anticipated. Overall, despite these initial hiccups, I'm still hopeful that it'll fit nicely in my space.

Great bed besides a couple of creeks and squeaks that I need to find and stop. As mentioned by many others in reviews, the instructions skip major steps in the assembly and need to be rewritten. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase.

Lovely style and fabric, arrived as pictured, has lasted us a few years now and survived disassembly and reassembly for two house moves. All stitching and gas lifts etc still good.

The bed is very solid. We didn’t put the bottom cover on first so it is hard to do it now.

Really nice bed but the building/assembly instructions need to be improved for sure.

Our mattress was too heavy for the gas lift feature to work properly. So heavy and very difficult to lift and doesn’t stay up on its own. However, there is no info on the product description stating there is a weight limit for the mattress. Asked for replacement struts and was sent the same ones which obviously didn’t fix the problem. Also, it took 2 (very handy) people 4 hours to put together.

Nice sturdy bed that arrived very quickly after ordering - so far so good!!. The instructions weren't entirely helpful or logical and allow at least 3 hours to assemble it, but otherwise very happy.

Bed itself is good, the gas lift handles the weight of the queen mattress without too much trouble, however the instructions are extremely painful to read and interpret. you should expect this to take quite a few hours to put together

Great looking bed frame and the extra storage for a small apartment is a huge bonus. Took a while to put together though for two very competent people!

great product good quality

I was skeptical when the boxes arrived as it was quite compact but genuinely impressed with this bed. It did take several hours to assemble the first one as there are so many parts with the gas lift but once it is together it looks great, quality is decent and the gas lift mechanism works a treat - so much extra storage space! And with the bed resting on the floor no cleaning underneath a bed!
