I have vivid white shaker doors/drawers in my new kitchen. White subway tiles with mid grey grout and bamboo flooring. After a lot of hesitation and several changes of mind, I went with the 300 x 80 runner. It's a warm grey with a clear white stripe that does not look dirty against the white doors The rug has waterproof backing, laid flat from the outset and although not a soft weave is comfortable to walk on and easy to vacuum.
