The rug is lovely but it had threads hanging out of it and them after getting a partial refund we noticed that the rug is cut on an angle; it was 330x240size. It has been a month and parts of the rug just wont flatten because it is cut wrong. We were cold and on concrete and needed a rug on the floor, unfortunately the rug buckles and is a pain to keep it flat. The rug itself is good quality and Temple & Webster is a great site. Love the "complete the look" feature- it really helps with the selection.
