The rug has the perfect amount of depth without overpowering a room. The first one that arrived was damaged but the customer service team went above and beyond to correct this. I couldn't recommend T&W more. Customer service is excellent, product variety and price is great. I've cleaned this rug with my Bissell carpet cleaner many times to lift stains with no issues also. Small note: Vacuum cautiously along the edges of the rug, they are starting to wear (genuine wear and tear, no product fault) from my hastiness to vacuum. |
