The chair arrive in good time but on assembling, the screws and holes didn’t line up. I contacted customer service who were fantastic and sent another chair. This time around, I could line up all but one screw. As this defect was underneath the seat, I decided to keep it. The chair also has a damp smell to it, but after using antibacterial spray, it’s much better. So, basically, difficult to assemble but please with the style.
