For the price, the chair is a bargain. I needed a swivel recliner and this was the best price I'd seen for comparable items. Good Points: Easy to assemble; Easy to move on hard floors; Awesome massage feature!; Easy swivel motion; Easy to raise footrest; Rocking motion when footrest not fully open Not-so-Good Points Heating is insignificant; Footrest tension is not sufficient to hold up my legs and a cat and cannot be adjusted; Chair will not stay in the fully reclined position for me and tension cannot be adjusted; Hard angled edges along interior of armrests and joins in the upper part of the footrest are minimally padded and really uncomfortable if you like to "spread out" a bit in the chair; The rocking feature means that when I go to get up from the chair, the front of the chair bottoms-out on the floor making it even lower to the ground and much, much harder for me to get out of; Because of the angle, I can only fully close the footrest behind me after I am standing. |
