First time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review on T&W. Super disappointed in the quality of this rug. It started unraveling two days after I received it. There are at least 20 visible spots all over where there is a tuft of thread poking out and I’m too scared to trim it in case I end up with a bunch of holes. Was hoping to get a few years out of this rug but it already looks awful after a few months.
