They're beautiful. But an absolutely nightmare to put together. It took us weeks and eventually we had to get in help, though T&W were nice enough to send us a replacement since ours were clearly not in perfect condition. In the end, very comfortable and *mostly* worth it. |

Received the chairs with the screw holes completely in the wrong spots, meaning we were unable to assemble them at all. Waste of time and money. No due diligence done in checking whether furniture actually is functional.  reply

The chairs are a lot lower than expected, and the chair back is also super low and offers minimal back support. Parts also arrived with black marks on them, like they had been pre handled with dirty hands. |
