The chair is great. We had a minor issue with the wheels which T&W fixed quickly and easily. The fire pit cover itself is great but before purchasing I specifically asked T&W about the dimensions and we given incorrect information - so it doesn’t really fit which is disappointing. |

Had my eye on this chair for years and finally took the plunge in purchasing. It's truly a beautiful desk chair, true to description and online photo. The green material treads the line between a velvet and suede like appearance in person, it's a very buttery and gorgeous texture and the warm brass metal is just lovely and compliments it perfectly. A more firm but comfortable seat. I'd recommend a lumber pillow or alternative for added back support if using for extended periods of time. No complaints. Very happy with my purchase :) .

Chair looks beautiful and is easy to build but as it's velvet, it will leave an imprint and other marks. Can easily be brushed with hand to make it look nice again. Chair becomes extremely hot especially in Australian weather. Two sets of wheels included, pictured wheels don't spin very well but look nice

Excellent office chair. A stylish upgrade to my office, providing comfort and great value. The chair is firm but comfortable. For long periods of sitting it benefits from an extra cushion for lumbar support. Customer service from T & W was outstanding. Prompt delivery and securely packaged. The chair required minimal assembly, and the instructions were straightforward.
