I was a bit nervous about buying a couch online without being able to see it in person, but I was actually really surprised! Couch arrived quickly in two large boxes and everything was compressed and wrapped up really well so nothing was damaged. It's very comfy and the material is soft. It is definitely on the firmer side, but it does say to give it 72 hours to fully decompress, so hopefully it softens up a little more. Really happy with it so far!
