I hate this tap so much and wish I never bought it. After only 6 months after installation it has multiple areas of we’re the black coating has chipped away, predominantly at the outlet, which is now rusting. It splashes water everywhere. It’s the worst thing I have ever bought. It’s so disappointing as we are renovating our forever home and to install something in our kitchen of such poor quality is disheartening especially as it doesn’t even come into contact with anything that would conceivably cause that sort of damage. Poor quality do not waste your money.

I have purchased this for my laundry it will work really well.

Reasonable quality however, very little tension in the faucet or the flow control.

Great value. I was persuaded by the other reviews and not disappointed.

I’ve had this product installed for under 2 years and the plastic inside parts where the water comes out of has fallen off. Water now sprays everywhere and when I turn tap off it leaks for a while before turning off. I’ll probably have to pay for a new tap & instalment if a plumber can’t fix it. Really not happy with the poor quality and that I have to spend money to fix it. It’s suppose to have a 5 year warranty.
