The quality of the materials are really good and the functionality was the main reason for my purchase and it doesn't disappoint. The only small issue I had was during installation when we had to screw a beam onto a frame with a nut that was already fixed in a hole on the frame, and the nut wasn't concentric to the hole and we had to be careful not to damage the threads of both the screw and the nuts. Overall a great product.

Was skeptical because the price was about half of retail stores. But after installing I am impressed with the quality. Assembling does take some time, like any other flat back furniture. But all the parts are there, including rachet tool, and clear instructions. The only thing which is a little annoying, but I expected, it is heavy to lift up. Not something you want to do often, but very very useful storage.

After an initial missing part (T&W resent the entire bed within days of me alerting them) we put it together with ease. Great quality bed. Only draw backs are that the bedhead is quite short and if you have a deep, heavy mattress it prevents the lift system from its full function.
