Rug is beautiful, looks exactly like the photos. I've vacuumed it 4 times on the day of arrival and vacuum was full each time. It is definitely not a soft rug but feels heavy and secure.

Gorgeous rug! The texture is really interesting - it's not just a flat boring rug. The grey striped bits are not a colour effect but are actually the alternating texture between lines of tufting and bare rug base. I didn't realise this when I bought it, but I actually really like it. Those parts are less soft and comfortable to sit on if sitting on the floor, but all other areas of the rug are very fluffy and thick. The first photo is the most true to colour. |

I am disappointed with the actual look of this rug. The lighter brown areas are very shaggy and more like loops and nothing like in the picture where they look firm and solid. Also, it sheds a lot of fluff. I would have returned it but too much hassle! |

Rug is amazing to look at but wool quality/construction isn't as good - lots of pilling and bits coming off. Bed is also amazing to look at and easy to assemble. Unfortunately came with a rip but working with temple and Webster to fix |

The two beige fragments look a bit of dark/grey than the photo as they are wool with mixed colours. But we are satisfied and enjoying the various textures - and colour on one carpet. |
