Ellora Boucle Gas Lift Storage Bed Frame

Came together reasonably easy. Tho quite time consuming. I love the boucle scalloped head and it is exactly as it looks in pics. I sprayed with scotchgard prior to putting it together. Great value for money

The most comfy mattress I have ever slept on, perfect amount of softness, perfect amount of support and over all an absolute bargain for the price.

Fantastic bed! Gas lift works well with lots of storage underneath. Everyone always comments on how nice the bed head is.

Easy to setup, instructions are clear. Panels are not the sturdiest, but still decent for the price. Looks good, and my daughter loves it.

Very sturdy and a classy design too! I asked someone to help me set it up so I’m not sure how long it takes to set up. Overall I’m half with my purchase

Value for money. This was purchased for my daughter and my biggest requirement was gas lift so we had additional storage. In stores, frames similar to this were over $1k. The material is nice and soft and the frame itself is sturdy. Gas lift works perfectly and no issues with weight of the mattress. Overall really happy with my purchase. Would recommend 2 people to assemble. Just makes the process easier.

Quite difficult to assemble. Highly recommend having someone who's a handyman and strong. One of the holes in the frame didn't line up so had to drill into the frame to make it align so I could assemble. No holes exist for the feet to screw into so you need someone who is pretty strong to screw those in. Once assembled, it's really great and sturdy. I have a cat and haven't noticed it getting dirty after having it for a couple of months. Great for storage too but the lift doesn't always stay up so be careful. It can also be quite heavy to lift so I wouldn't recommend it for someone who doesn't have the strength to lift things.

I purchased this bed for my 7 year old daughter. The shipping was incredibly quick and the quality of the bed is next level. I will be purchasing another one for my sons room!

Great for storage and I love the look.

Overall: Wonderful, especially for the price. Construction: Difficult (and slightly confusing instructions); an electric drill is needed. Gas lift function: works well, provides a lot of storage space, and is relatively easy to lift. Problem areas: I've had for about 2 months, and the base is already starting to creak when I move around.

Once put together, this bed seems strangely smaller than what you would think it should be, we have the double for our daughter. The bed also sits rather high and you certainly do not get the vast amount of bedhead appearance shown in the photos, so keep that in mind. The gas-lift is a bit heavy to lift up initially, and it comes down a little heavy and fast once you pull it down. Not as gentle or seamless as a 'self-closing' mechanism. The boucle looks a fraction cheap up close it has a bit of a shimmery sheen, but overall, it is still a nice bed, I don't regret my choice or wish I bought something difference.
