Looks great, works amazingly- install was ok but a little tricky at first because instructions were faded and some of the screws weren’t great (ended up using our own). There was a great youtube video showing how to install it which we found very helpful.

Product seems to be exactly what I ordered, works well. BUT installation instructions were deplorable, no order and vague unconnected phases. Terrible. Never purchase from this manufacturer again. Temple get onto them and have someone with some knowledge re-write in logical order, and description of parts, those shocker instructions. spoils the whole product. Temple service and delivery 10/10. Product 9/10. Instructions 1/10....

Good quality, works well

Looks good, installs easy but its heat output is poor. It seems to only have 2 bars 'fully' heated at once, and they don't seem to get as hot as claimed. Don't expect this to work as a room heater either, it seems to take longer than expected to get up to heat, and as soon as a towel is on there, it absorbs any of the meager heat that comes off it. I got seduced by the energy saving 70W and have paid the price.
