I purchased this chair a while ago and it wasn't cheap but almost never use it. We don't get along. It's difficult to move the castors along the floor (I have stone tiles). It tends to either "take off" like it has a mind of its own or it gets stuck on the mat I purchased to fix the problem. Also it has a tendency to tip forwards after sitting for a while, giving me the feeling I'm about to be dumped onto the floor. Uncomfortable doesn't begin to describe it. More like living with a vengeful gremlin.

Nice and supportive. Some cracks in one arm, but that's mainly wear and tear.

ok, but the gas lift goes down by itself some of the time, and I find it hard to move the seatback forward - but these could be because I didn't put it together well enough.

I'm very happy with this office chair. It does the job, it's comfortable and all the adjustments work. It's slightly deep for my short legs. It is a very typical high production quantity item (I think I saw on the packaging that it was made in China), The only criticism would be that it's a bit plasticky, creaky and the adjustable arms are a bit loose, which is true for just about any equivalent product.

Really great chair, lots of points of adjustment, deep seat (so great for those a bit taller and can use with a footrest for those shorter), nice and sturdy. Very happy with the purchase.
