Very happy with the product, good quality chair that is solid and comfortable for a home office set up. However assembly instructions are terrible! Everyone, please note, your screws are actually already screwed into the relevant holes, you need to unscrew these and then use to attach relevant parts. This should be mentioned in the instructions as the screws described are initially nowhere to be found. Instructions also confuse identifying letters for parts. However, the end product is well worth the effort and would recommend this product.

Comfortable. Sturdy. Beautiful. Good leather finish. The tilt rocks well when used. I sit on this all day at work and feel supported.

Easy to assemble, comfortable cushions. Only criticism is that the description doesn't address suitability for tall people. The riser has a limit that is suited for people shorter than 5' 11". This makes the chair uncomfortable for tall people who are trying to maintain proper posture.

Lovely chair. Comfy but sturdy. Colour is lighter and the material is more matte than the product photos, but still a great chair. It doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to certain angles though, either you push the bar in so it stays upright, otherwise it’ll be able to lean back. But still a great chair!

Perfect office chair and looks great

This chair was reasonably comfortable, sturdy and looked good, but I eventually needed to change to something more ergonomic (and uglier) for everyday use.

SO comfy! The little bar that activates the lean is pretty loose so you need to sit with caution on the first few "takes" but we love it! And it's a very small flaw in the overall functionality and design.

Really comfortable, but you sweat like a Catholic Bishop when you sit on it in summer. Also the mechanism that allows you to change the tilt of the chair can't be turned tight enough to keep it at the angle you decide to use.

orange colour is different to online image (as expected from previous reviews). had for about 6 months. the lean back mechanism loosens with use as it doesn't fix in place, so the chair sometimes moves back suddenly when you lean heavily. really wide seat and comfy for WFH so I'm glad for the investment!

Very comfortable, easy to put together

This chair did not even last 12 months before the "leather" delaminated from regular use in a home office.

Well made, comfortable and easy to assemble. Would have given five stars but the box the item came in wasn't strong enough for the weight of the chair causing two of the seat pads to rub and become marked in three spots. Was able to remove 85% of the marks. Disappointing that Temple and Webster seem to cut corners on the quality of their packaging, at least with the items I have purchased so far

Delivered quicker than expected which was nice. Once put together feels very sturdy and solid, although the base feels like it could be a bit weightier. I don't think it's going to tip over, but it'd feel better with a heavier base. Quite comfortable over the few days I've had it. It's nice having a chair with a deeper cushion than the typical office chairs. Back is lower than a lot of the modern chairs but unless you like to lean you head against a headrest it shouldn't be noticeable. Will be interesting to see how it holds up over time and usage. Biggest complaint is with the one page instructions that came with it. One of the first things they say is to check parts. When I did that it looked like there were bolts and washers missing. Spent 10 minutes going through all the packaging twice before realising the bolts are already screwed in the parts and you just remove them then assemble the chair. Though there were no washers to be found anywhere it seems OK without them. Be nice if the instructions matched reality. One last point about assembly: it's relatively straightforward but when attaching the arms and back to the seat make sure you don't fully tighten the seat screws. Just leave them loosely inserted - so they grip enough the arms don't fall off but they can move. This makes it much easier to screw in the back pieces. Once all five pieces are loosely screwed together go round and tighten everything properly.

Good value and good quality. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable for long periods of sitting. No explanation of the set up-levers under the seat. Will topple over backwards if the reclining motion is too sudden and the locking lever is not in place. Should be a warning for that. Delivery was fast - but no online support. Casters need to be inserted with a great degree of force. Might be difficult for some people. Also casters a little small for the weight carried.

Product does not lock upright.. Even with the pin in it has about an inch of reclining which means poor posture if this is your dedicated office chair. Disappointing given cost.

Happy with the buying experience, it was fairly easy to assemble, i ordered the colour in ginger, however i am a little disappointed with the actual color, not what it looks like on line.

Comfort plus Solid and soft

I was not expecting this to be as good as it is. The seat is wide with lots of room, all of the padding is plush, and is just firm enough for me that it's perfect. Definitely better than many expensive chairs that I have used in the past. However, I will note that assembly was a little confusing.

Got this as a replacement to one of those race car office chairs and won't go back. Looks great, very comfortable with decent lower back support. Was delivered very quickly and was pretty easy to put together. Would recommend.

Really comfy. Bounces back a little as well up and down. Sturdy. Mine came with a threaded bolt and internal nut though, in a pretty critical position. It was extremely frustrating to put together because of it. I’ve made do with 3 of the 4 bolts secured though.
