Build quality is good and is actually heavier and more solid than I expected, especially the 5 spoke base where the casters attach. Assembly was trivial since the entire upper chair portion is already assembled. The packaging was sufficient and it arrived undamaged.

I love this chair. It has beautiful leather upholstery and beautifully finished chrome metalwork. It is very comfortable. Incredibly good value
