This is my second mattress from T&W, the first one was amazing, but too soft for me even at medium/firm and I was waking up with lower back, shoulder and neck pain. I ordered this one after going through the reviews..noting that others mentioned it is definitely firm and helped relieve their pain. I've only slept on it for a couple of nights and it's the first time in over a decade I haven't woken up stiff and in pain. It is definitely firm, allows you to lay flat..with no sagging/sinking, but is still comfortable. The only minor issue I have is that the euro topper appears to be thinner than a lot of others, so you can feel where each individual box spring is. It's not uncomfortable, and they don't dig into you..it's more just an awareness thing. A thin memory foam/eggshell topper would solve the issue .. but it's not enough of a problem for me to worry about it. I'm here for the no stiffness and pain, and it delivered in my case.

I have just purchased this mattress and its quality is quite impressive. The materials used feel premium, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The mattress is very comfortable, providing great support for a good night's sleep. However, I find it to be a bit too firm for my personal taste. While it offers excellent support, I was hoping for something slightly softer.
