We've slept on this mattress for a week now, we're very happy with it. It didn't need the full 48 hours to expand, 24 was sufficient. I would say it is a medium firm feel, nice and supportive. We paired it with a 10cm memory foam topper, but it is not needed, a thinner one would be fine. Our backs have stopped hurting and we're sleeping great! We will be picking up a second one for our daughter.
