The chair itself was easy to build and is extremely comfortable. The cushioning is in the right places and feels well built and sturdy. The ottoman though does not seem to be built well. The screws are quite short and strip easily when trying to be installed. 2/4 of the legs have somehow attached, but the remaining 2 have had its screws completely stripped in an effort to attach it. I would like to request T&W to start providing longer screws for ease of installation.

The chair itself is relatively comfortable, especially for a cheaper product. The screws were not long enough however & my husband had to buy longer screws to avoid the chair from collapsing or falling over. The fabric & interior sponge feels really cheaply made but it's a good price for an armchair & ottoman & will do fine for a nursing chair.

Using as a nursing chair. I wish the arms were a little higher. Also the screws that came with the chair were too short to bite into the base while installing so I had to purchase new screws. Chair comfort is pretty good though. You get what you pay for and it was what I expected it to be.

Very poor quality. The fabric is cheap synthetic fabric, the zipper keeps busting on the side, the chair itself appears as if it got dropped upside down as the headrest came very bent vs photos on the listing and other reviews, the swivel has stopped working and has torn up the base of the chair in the process. Mind you, this is only a spare chair that gets used maybe 25% of the time vs our main couch, and none of us are big people!

Comfortable chair with great footstool as well at a bargain price. Only negative is the length of the bolts - they needed to be 45mm but are only 40mm but I bought the longer ones and problem solved. Happy with purchase overall!!

Purchased as a breastfeeding chair. It’s a good size for a small room/nursery where a recliner might be too large. I was worried it wasn’t comfy to sit in at first but over a few uses it’s perfectly fine. Sometimes the recline clicks into the next level as you sit down which is annoying but fine if you take it slower

A decent chair for its cost. There are unfortunately 3 setting on the backrest angle (super low, low and upright) and upon arrival because it was squished in the box the foam on the stool is now deformed. Seat swivels, seat could be wider.

The nails provided to install the 4 legs for both the chair and stool is too short! It's M8 x 40mm and barely able to fit into the hole. In an ideal case the nail should be M8x 50mm and for the chair there should be a washer and bolt that connects the legs otherwise the legs come off easily and chair is a hazard. I have to visit the hardware store to find longer nails and it is an unnecessary cost and inconvenience.
