Not made in Turkiye. Made in India. This is clear from the label sewn onto the towel by Lane Linen. The specifications indicated on the T&W website say '100% Turkish cotton'. Which I guess is possible if Turkiye exports cotton to India, which is possible since it has a strong cotton industry, and even tho India is the world's largest producer of cotton. I just think the labeling is a bit 'weird'. The towel itself, I use as a bath towel. It has a turkish-style pattern. The fabric is strong and could be long-lasting. It seems to be very much value for money. T&W's handling of the transaction (purchase, delivery) is exemplary. They use Australia Post for shipping, which is good if you live in a provincial town.
