Devon Faux Leather Adjustable Salon Stool

I have bought 3 of these chairs. Really good for my small business place and to massage clients.

Great for cutting hair on easy to use

I was/am very disappointed with this stool. I blame myself mostly because the product basically ok fro very small people, which I am not. Firstly, what should have been a very quick easy task-- attaching the wheels-- took a t least half an hour because of the choice to make them screw in rather than push in. The holes didnt quite match and figuring out which way to turn what with the silly tool provided, was difficult. When I finally got that dobne the rest was easy. I quickly realized that I was much to big (I'm 187cm and 122k) moving on the stool is a scary balancing act. I decided to test the handle to raise the seat-it worked. The seat went up. Great! But it never went back down. Not sure why. So now I use it as kind of an odd side table in my bedroom. I'm sure others who pay more attention to what they are buying will enjoy it, though. I have bought many things from TW and never had ANY problems, So...it's OK.

As described, easy to assemble

The wheels unscrew themselves as you use them (within a week!). Few people have fell off them. Support was not responsive.

Assembly was difficult - almost impossible to get the cap off the gaslift section. A little wonky once put together but decent for my purpose which is short term use.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble

It works perfectly as a spare seat and footrest, which is what I bought it for. It is a touch flimsy though, and not well suited for long-term seating, especially for heavier individuals.
