Tbh the quality is fine... it just operates lower than expectations. I'd suggest it doesn't get warm enough to penetrate the full towel. So I'd feel it's not that great a product.

It does just what I need in the short term. Would prefer one that I can put through a timer, so it comes on in the morning in the winter. The 2/4 hour timer works, and for the price it's adequate.
