Darcy 3 Seater Sofa Bed with Reversible Chaise

I am absolutely in love with the style and functionality of this Green Sofa Bed. I was looking for a specific shade that felt modern yet earthy, and this green is stunning, it has a rich depth that completely anchors the room. The fabric feels durable yet soft to the touch, and the "click-clack" mechanism for the bed is incredibly smooth, making it easy to transition from a stylish seating area to a comfortable guest bed in seconds. The best part is how perfectly it fits my space. I was worried about finding a piece that offered a full-sized sleeping surface without overwhelming the footprint of the room, but the proportions of this sofa bed are spot on.The cushions are supportive, the assembly was minimal, and the overall quality is a 10/10. If you’re looking to add a pop of color to a smaller room without sacrificing utility, this green sofa bed is a fantastic choice.

The lounge is far better than we expected. The fabric is lovely and the colour is perfect for our space. I loved that the couch came assembled, we literally joined the pieces together and put on the legs and wheels for the sofa bed pull out. The gas lift storage spaces are so easy to lift and utilise. The couch is on the firmer side but the back cushions are soft. We actually like the seat being firm, it makes the lounge feel strong and sturdy. It is a great lounge for movie nights with the kids- we pull out the middle and have plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. It has exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with our purchase.

The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, although I definitely recommend having two people on hand—mainly for lifting and positioning, as the pieces are a bit bulky. This sofa is perfect size for a small lounge or apartment—compact without feeling cramped. The reversible chaise is a great touch, allowing flexibility to fit different room layouts, which worked out for me really well. I chose natural colour, which is warm, neutral, and fits beautifully with my other furniture. It looks more expensive than its price tag. The sofa is slightly firm, which I actually prefer because it gives good back support and holds its shape well. It's not the kind of sofa you’ll sink into, but it’s comfortable enough for daily use and guests. The firmness also makes it much more practical while watching TV and putting up the legs. Sofa to bed conversion is easy. The mechanism is simple and doesn’t require any awkward pulling or yanking. I tested with my 12 yrs old and she could easily do it. My only disappointment is that it doesn’t come with a removable or protective cover for the sit on area (the back rest covers can be removed, which is very handy. It would be amazing if Temple & Webster sold a custom-fit slipcover with Velcro tabs on the sides or underneath for bottom components for easier maintenance. I have a dog so washable, pet-friendly option would really complete the product. This sofa bed delivers style, flexibility, and practicality in one neat package. It’s ideal for small spaces, looks beautiful in natural light, and functions well as both a sofa and guest bed. If you’re looking for value and convenience without sacrificing looks, this one’s a winner. I hope Temple & Webster would consider pet friendly cover in the future versions.

Purchased the Darcy in the boxing day sales and got a great deal. Opened all boxes and it was very easy to assemble. Colour is fantastic and overall quality is excellent. It is interchangeable so you can set it left or right. The couch is very comfortable well made with good quality fabric. Definitely a great purchase.

Nice sofa but when we assembled it, the left side was a bit lower than the other side. And it’s a bit hard to pull the lower part to make it a sofa bed but overall, good couch. Aesthetic and sturdy. Maybe we just got the one with defect.

Comfy. However the width is too short for tall people. We have it perpetually opened as a sofa bed.

What a pleasant surprise, it came in three packages. So easy to put together. Fabric is fantastic colour is as close as possible to the picture and really comfortable. Absolutely value for money.

Very comfortable when extended and fits my family well. The seat is on the short side when used as a sofa. Excellent storage for bedclothes and pillow.

Its arrived earlier than estimated times, I was so excited. Assembling it not as hard, make sure you have an electric screwdriver make it easier. Hardest part was putting arm rest. It’s one day old, so far I love it.

This sofa bed and lounge is awesome. It's extremely comfortable, has a pull out double bed and will fit even in smaller lounge rooms or lounge areas. The fabric is lovely and durable, being strong and of great quality. This green colour goes with most colour schemes in the lounge room or lounge area. And the storage section is large and wonderful.

The green colour's gorgeous, a bit more moss green than the images but very relaxing colour. Parts: Had screw/nails in a separate bag that seemed to have had been placed in the box later...was it initially missing the 'actual' nails that were meant for? I'm unsure but they were alright eventhough the nails provided did not screw in all the way because of the metal plates on the casters but was secured and steady. Assembly instruction was straight forward, however took a while to click/slide in the parts, it was tricky to get all four clicks in together, needed extra person to hold one side. But I really do like the idea of being able to change the chaise to right or left. Sitting, is a bit rigid but understandable as it turns into a bed it can't be too soft... and lying down is comfortable enough and can always add mattress toppers for extra comfort. When pulled out into a bed, the pulled out side is hollow, has no actual frame, I did know when purchased but I didn't think that it possibly could be a bit of a danger e.g. if you have young children or pets who might crawl in there etc... Overall: For the price, I happily will give 4 stars.

Comfortable couch and great to use as a couch. Unfortunately, wasn't very good as a sofa bed. Sofa bed section isn't very durable and collapses.

3 months of owning this product and the pull out sofa part is slouching down, the metal within has warped and can no longer be put away properly.

Uncomfortable at first. One wheel snapped in 2 and fell off now track has damaged my floorboards. Can't find on website where to ask about warranty and/or getting another wheel. I am now left with a sagging sofa.
