This artwork tells the story of the sacred bora rings, scattered across the land in places cherished by the artist's ancestors. These rings were gathering sites for tribal ceremonies, cultural celebrations, & inter-tribal trade. The days-long festivities included storytelling, dancing, & singing, honouring the world's oldest continuing culture. Gentle pastels are harmonious & soothing.
