The description mentions memory foam but it’s a quite thin layer of eggshell foam, not enough cushioning for a 10 year old greyhound. When I push down on the foam I can touch the ground. I’ve also had the product for a week and it’s already starting to come apart form the seams . I’m not too happy with this product

Reality vs picture is bad. Photos show base are thick but after airing it out for a night. It’s still thin. Literally sleeping on the floor just with a very thin layer of foam. No support to dog at all

Well, my first thought is that the picture Vs reality is like the picture of a Big Mac vs what actually get. The base is quite thin & gives too much so that the pretty much sleeps on the floor. The sides are either under padded or poorly padded so provide no support. Barely expanded after being taken out of the vacuum bag. And of course it looks old & haggard like an old well loved item rather than fresh out of the packaging.

Arrived in space bag, so the memory foam takes quite a while to fill out. I will give it a little longer to see if it fills out to look like in the purchase photo. Helps if the dogs arent lying on it while it re-shapes itself. However, it looks comfortable already and the dogs are happy - loving the head rest it has around it to prop their heads up.
