I first saw this Red Star Cyclestation while doing prehab at Sportsmed. I absolutely love this machine for allowing me to peddle as I can't use an exercise bike at present. You can easily increase the resistance, peddle backwards and forwards and it is heavy enough to not move about when peddling, so of course I had to have one for home. I use it everyday even though I am blind. Great price!
