Rug was delivered in plastic wrap. Seems like it has been stored for years, when unravelling the rug is creased, folded, damaged. Doesn't sit flat |

I love the pattern and colours - exactly as pictured. It’s durable, doesn’t shed, and looks great in my home office. The only pain point is I can’t for the life of me get the bump out of it from having been coiled in a roll for so long. This makes me a little sad.

Suits its descrption well. Has subtle yellow colour within the design which is just what I needed. Is taking time to flatten completely which is a bit frustrating. Maybe T&W could set up a "hints' page for how to flatten carpets out as they do come very tightly wrapped. |
