Without being able to touch a rug, buying online is a leap of faith. So I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and fluffy this rug is! It doesn't leave imprints when walking on it and maintains its fluff all the time. Vacuuming is slightly more challenging than a short pile rug but given the small size I use my hand held Dyson and it works fine. Also, my cats absolutely love it!
