Better than I expected given I was just ordering online without seeing it first! The main part of the rug is very plush underfoot. The black and white borders are a bit scratchy to touch, and shiny looking up close, but you don't really note it once it's down. The colour of the main part of the rug is nice - quite convincing as a natural wool. Happy with this rug considering price. Delivery was perfect.
