Fitting arrived with cables bunched and tightly knotted, making straightening/smoothing difficult. Ceiling mount bracket is poorly designed with no guides to align screw holes, requiring installer to support weight of fitting whilst attempting to insert tiny screws. Once fixed, the mount bracket only allows 2 fixing orientations at 180°, whereas the fitting needs to be rotated to achieve the best presentation. As pictured, the 3-wire suspension only supports the upper portion of the looped shape, leaving the lower loop sagging. Hopefully this won't be a problem over time. Overall quality is quite good and the light output is bright and uniform HOWEVER the fitting must be removed from its mount bracket to change the colour temperature. A little more thought at the design stage would have made this a 5-star design, and a smarter way of bundling the leads instead of tightly knotting them would make the installed product look classier.

Very beautiful. We chose the white and we could not be happier. I did not realise it only has 1 colour temperature. Nonetheless, it was nice. The T&W website says it has cool white, but it appears warm white (which I think is better for our dining table). We are happy with it.
