Extremely disappointed I ordered this frame personalised for our daughter's wedding. The frame was delivered direct to our daughter, BUT NO PERSONALISATION. I cannot state how disappointed I am the surprise has been spoilt, and now I have to get photos from my daughter who lives in another State and send them to you, not easy for a 77 year old who is not technology up to date. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ALTHOUGH HAVE BEEN A GOOD T&W customer, I will not be purchasing again from you. I would have thought as your poor quality control has spoilt our wedding surprise for our daughter you would just replace with the correct frame, but no, I now have to get photos and this is causing me a great deal of stress. NO MORE T&W for me.
