I decided to purchase the cool breath memory fibre mattress topper after struggling with night sweats and overheating during sleep. Here's my experience after using it for a few weeks. My body feels cooler when l lay down.and it stays that way most of the night, position change always finds a cooler area. It is a great option for people who suffer from overheating at night, it has helped and made sleeping more comfortable. |
