The bed was a nightmare to put together, with screws and washers not being labelled. Also the instructions for the gas lift were difficult to understand. However the bed is comfortable

The product was good but it was send with missing pieces which made constructing it really hard. Also the strap r to pull the bed up was worn out.

Ordered this bed in white but it is really off white.

Just as I wanted, there is no need to worry about dust as you can wipe it easily. Took me 5hours by myself to assemble, maybe two people to make it faster. The weight of the mattress will push down the frames, so make sure to store whatever you want before you put the mattress on. Reminder for coil mattress owners: the slanted frames it comes with may void your mattress warranty. I replaced mine with wood planks I got from a local store and drilled nails into the existing holes on the steel frame of the bed.

Purchased this bed a little over a year ago. It’s not an easy put together bed and the middle support piece has already broken.

Not white at all like in the photo. It’s cream. I didn’t want cream. Very heavy to lift up. I can’t lift it without assistance.

This bed frame is solid, easy to put together and great quality, highly recommend

Easy to clean, assembly is a little complicated and instructions not the clearest but overall good value

Only rating 4 stars as when we put it together we found that the parts were not numbered and the instruction booklet had everything looked similar, were able to put it together in the end

Comfortable bed and it looks good. Building it is not entirely straightforward, however. Two people are definitely needed, as the instructions suggest. Also recommend having your own set of allen keys (the ones supplied are made of quite soft metal and one of them 'stripped' - became rounded on the corners). Also the instructions are not immediately clear - there's a fair bit of figuring out to do (we ended up with the bed completed and two arms left over! Had to undo things and fix. In the end though it was worth it - and if I had to do another one, I would :)

My daughter loves her new bed. It was a little tricky to assemble but the overall quality is great. The under bed storage is a bonus!
