Colter Extendable Dining Table

Really happy with this purchase. The item looks great in person and is exactly what I was expecting from the photos and description. It feels sturdy and well made, and the quality is very good for the price. Delivery was straightforward and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, a great addition to our home and I would definitely recommend it.

This table is really aesthetically pleasing and looks exactly like the photos, which I was very happy with. It’s a beautiful piece and definitely has the look I was going for. However, after using it extended as an 8-seater, I’m a bit disappointed with the practicality. The ends feel unstable when extended — if anyone resting on either end puts their arms on the table, there’s noticeable bending/downward movement, which doesn’t feel very sturdy. It’s also much narrower than I expected, so when seated with multiple people it feels quite cramped. There’s really not enough width to comfortably fit placemats, a centrepiece, or serve food while people are eating. If you’re hosting, you’d likely need to serve food elsewhere rather than on the table itself. It works much better visually and functionally in the smaller setting. In hindsight, I probably should have just bought a standard 8-seater instead of an extendable one. Nice looking table, but the extended functionality doesn’t quite live up to expectations.

Great looking table. Perfect for the space. The joining of the black insert isn’t perfect - there’s a tiny space where you can see the metal hardware between the wood, but we are still pretty happy with our purchase.

This was one of the pieces of furniture that took the longest to assemble. It’s not difficult, but there are many parts, so set aside a few hours to put it together. It looks good overall, though the way the edge thickening was made makes it look slightly like cheap furniture. Extending it to the larger size is very easy and convenient. It is sturd and reasonably a good value for money. The four corners are extremely sharp, and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve hit my legs on them, it really hurts. I’ve ordered edge protectors, which should make it more tolerable once installed.

Very heavy, takes about 2 hours to put together but looks really good highly recommend.

Smart table, we like it. It was quite long to put together, maybe like 3 hours, but instructions were simple to follow and all came together well. Great price for this item too. Recommended

Really happy with my purchase! It was super easy to put together and definitely looks just like the picture! It even comes with a little drawer to put cutlery or other table goods in which was super cool. I was very surprised at how easy it is to make extendable! It’s the perfect table if you need a high quality 2 in 1 space saving/entertaining table! I love the black legs and oak look. Comfortably seats 8 when extended and 6 normally.

Beautiful table, looks exactly as shown & suits our place & decor perfectly (Boho Industrial vibe). Very sturdy, both when compact & also when extended, adjustable legs help stability. Solid top, easy to extend or retract, locks in place once extended & also has a handy utensils draw hidden underneath. Took a while to assemble by myself but instructions are concise & end result was more than worth it. No pics of the final set up but attached some just after assembly. Very impressed, planning to purchase more from Temple & Webster down the track.

We love it!! We just don’t understand how extending the table works as there is no extra surface to extend it itherwise it’s just a hole in the middle with the cutlery container. Guess it will just stay non-extendable.

Super impressed with this table especially considering the price. Defs a two person job setting up but once set up it exceeds expectations. Didn’t see any reviews with photos for the all walnut but took a chance anyway and glad I did as it matches the cabinetry for the house that my partner and I are building. The melamine is quality and overall it’s very sturdy. If you are thinking about getting this dining table, do it!

This dining table is just PERFECT, not to mention very very affordable. Setup: Putting it together was pretty simple, and once it was done, the table felt really solid. No wobbling at all, even when it’s extended. Looks: The design is gorgeous. The cross legs give it such a cool, almost “sexy” look—it really stands out in the room. The finish is smooth and feels really good quality, way nicer than I expected for the price. Use: The extendable part is super handy. It’s great for everyday use, but when friends or family come over, it easily transforms into a big table with plenty of space. Overall: I’m obsessed with this table. It’s sturdy, stylish, and practical. Honestly, it makes the whole dining area look amazing. Definitely a 5-star buy!
