Horrendously uncomfortable, extremely thin and no substance to it. Cheap easy solution, but definitely not a long term one. Had to purchase an extremely thick mattress topper just to make it sleep-able. Plus the tool that came with the single mattress cut the mattress open while I was opening it. The problem was rectified and T&W were very helpful and accomodating, however the quality of the mattress does not change.

You can feel the springs on your back, I wish it had a layer of foam but we won't be using. Waste of my money.

Bought in January 2026 and have been used for the past 3 months. Springs are loud as soon as you move they make noises like they are going to break and so uncomfortable.

Perfect firmness...wish it was a bit higher though
