The stand has an attached rubber mat on top, not a fan, would have preferred plain chrome. Otherwise exactly what I wanted. |

This is poorly made. It was delivered with the taller post (for holding the toilet roll) not vertical and not in the same plane as the shorter post. To be useable it had to be dismantled, strengthened and reassembled - which we choose to do as when it is functional it is attractive and works well. |
