If you'd really cared about a rating, you wouldn't have sent me this email, as you know I was unhappy with your product. The chairs were fine, but the table is sub standard, cheap & nasty. I asked if I could upgrade (And was happy for it to be at my cost), & you said I had to return it in the original packaging, & it can't have been assembled...right...how else do you know the product is crappy...you certainly covered yourself there!! Angry & disappointed, so we will never purchase from you again, & have spread the word. Customer Service needs an overhaul! |

Table is really poor quality. Screws in the chairs wouldnt align with the holes. Dont waste your money on this one. |

The chairs were terrible to put together, the holes were screws lined up were not right and the table for a 6 seater you can’t get 2 chairs under table either side and very thin material looks cheap Chairs are ok with a lot of force we got chairs together but kids don’t like the prickly seats Waste of money |
