The sofa bed was as ordered and looks ok. Assembly instructions were very poor and in fact I don’t know why they bothered. Bolting on the base was very difficult and made more so by there not having been any locating provision for the bolts on one side. This meant using our own wood screws which shouldn’t be necessary. Clearly nobody had bothered to check that the unit had been manufactured correctly. Quite disappointing.

Great sofa bed, fits perfectly in our space, firm but very comfortable to sleep on. Would recommend!

Great size and colour, fits perfectly as a spare bed in the bedroom.. The seat is very firm and I’m hoping it will soften with time. No instructions for assembly was a bit tricky.

The charcoal seminar sofa easily folds into a firm bed. However the instructions were no help at all. Also one bolt hole did not have thread in the receptive hole. I would not call the colour sofa we received charcoal.

I didn't realise that the mechanism for pulling the bed part out was not metal. I don't recall seeing anything that stated it was a wooden - hard- to-pull - out sofa bed. I'm disappointed that it is so difficult to do and that the seat/bed is so hard. I wish I'd looked locally and not bought on line. Quality is good - fabric and make. But uncomfortable and hard to use. Lesson learnt not to buy online.

Very comfy and beautiful product. Looks great in our home. Only thing I had trouble with the screws provided so I drilled my own screws to secure which was an easy fix. So only 3 stars

Comfortable to sit on and sleep

Not a good choice , too firm and unstable

Screws included were too short and longer had to be purchased. Also the pull out process to make the bed is extremely stiff to pull out.... I am disabled and it would be impossible for me to do it. A 6 foot gent couldn't do it initially. Plus when I was buying charcoal I expected a very dark grey, however this one is pale grey.

The assembly was difficult with the holes pre-drilled too large for the bolts. We were given 5 bolts to fit the bed frame to the sofa but with no clear diagram where the 5th bolt goes. The bed itself is difficult to pull out. Its not of the quality I expected.

Sofa already sinking after a month of use

Good color and easy to assemble. Complements the room and looks just like the picture online. Hopefully the "new" smell will wear off - pretty unpleasant.

The sofa bed is very comfortable when made up as a bed. I am very happy with my purchase.
