I saw these baskets in a hotel filled with plants and they looked great, so I had to have them, I googled them and found them on Temple & Webster. Ordered 2 and the service and delivery was fantastic. Would recommend Temple & Webster as the whole process was painless and very professional. Now to get the plants happening - thank you

The quality of the basket is great... as good as I hoped. However the delivery process and lack of service to help sort it all out was very poor. Several of my emails were not responded to, and when eventually I was informed that another had been dispatched, as the first had gone missing in the delivery process, I received a very ordinary pink vase instead of the basket. After a lot of time wasted to sort out a very messy and failed delivery process, I received my large Castilla Hanging Basket. Poor service from Temple and Webster
