Looks great and was exactly as advertised.

Well made and soft underfoot. Still looks great after at least a year in the lounge room.

A beautiful wool rug! Soft under the foot however didn’t recommend to place this rug for a room with high foot traffic . It’s shedding a lot

Started to come apart after a few months

I like that it is made from natural fibres. But not at all suitable if you have pets. The tufts can pull up and need to be cut off. It cannot be cleaned. Mine wash ruined when our cat vomitted up a fur ball at 3am one morning. No matter what I tried, the stain spread wider.

This is a lovely rug, super soft and natural (this is what we were after). We put it in our baby's room and it works really well. Ordering and delivery was very convenient, we were able to nominate a place for the rug to be placed on our property as we weren't home that day.

Amazing quality and lasted very well (bought this +3 years ago and still holding up). Funny smell on opening, but once aired in the sun, smell went away.

Top quality rug in a beautiful ivory tone. easy to spot clean with some Vanish stain remover when spills occur (even red wine!). This is my second purchase of this rug. The previous one lasted four years with a cat that scratched it up frequently. Despite that, it still looked semi decent for some time.

Stunning rug, easy to maintain and keep clean, so soft on your feet.

This is the first time I've purchased a rug online worried that it not come out as expected or feel soft. But I am glad I made the decision to get it, it's not like any other wool rug I've felt, incredibly soft underfoot and looks exactly like described, the colour is so perfect. It does come with a slight vinegar smell which I assume will disappear after a few weeks.

Beautiful rug! So soft, easy to clean and high quality. The short edges are weighted so you don't need grip under the rug for it to stay in place.

Gorgeous rug for the price but definitely needs to be in a low traffic area. We have it in a bedroom and it’s already starting to come apart with the tufts.

I adore this rug. It feels so soft underfoot and looks beautiful. Was I crazy for buying a cream covered rug with a toddler? Maybe, but it's been tested with mango already, which cleaned easily and without a trace. Even better, the rug is reversible - so it should get another chance at life if my toddler decides to decorate it with something less forgiving. Every time I walk into our living room, I think how gorgeous this rug is!

Good rug, hard to keep clean due to colour and material. Would be better as a rug you have overtop another rug (layered effect) but probably wouldn't buy as a sole rug.

Love my new rug - perfect size for underneath my queen size bed and so soft. No shedding whatsoever. Am regretting not buying this one for the lounge room too!

Great rug. There was no smell when we first got it and even better, we've had this rug for several months now and I'm very pleasantly surprised at how little it has shed, hardly anything (even with toddlers playing on it)! We had our previous wool rug for three years and it shed a lot the entire time.

The only thing I'm not happy with this rug is when you vacuum it. Sometimes the wall loops pull up. Otherwise it looks beautiful

Much fluffier and textured than expected, needs daily vacuuming and there's fluff all over my lounge room!
