The induction base works on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops, and the soft-to-touch, heat-resistant detachable handle makes manoeuvring easier and safer. A non-stick coating is PTFE-free and PFOA-free, and the pan is built to resist scratching, chipping, warping, and rust so it stays looking good with use.
