Callix 2 Door Buffet

The design is clean and modern; the colour is exactly as expected. The storage space is surprisingly generous, and the shelves feel sturdy and solid for everyday use. The sliding door does feel a bit stiff and doesn’t as smoothly as I expected. I am hoping it loosens up over time. I also found that only one leg had an adjustable foot which kind of unbalance the rest of the Buffet. Overall, it’s a great addition to the home and I’m really pleased with it.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Callix 2 Door Buffet. It arrived quickly and was well packaged, which made the whole experience feel seamless from the start. Assembly was reasonably easy – definitely more convenient with two people, but very manageable overall. The storage space is what really sold us. We needed something practical to help keep things organised, and this buffet offers generous internal space without looking bulky. It’s such a beautiful, elegant piece that instantly elevated the room while still being incredibly functional. The clean lines and sleek finish make it feel modern and sophisticated, and it fits perfectly with our interior style. A fantastic balance of storage and design — we couldn’t be happier with it!

The doors are a little tough to slide, not sure if that’s an assembly issue But overall happy with the product

Beautiful and adds warmth and texture to my living room but the downside is that the sliding door is slightly hard to slide open.

This product is great, easy to assemble and really functional piece of furniture. The doors are a little hard to open but honestly I would not let that deter you.

Door is difficult to slide and doesn’t close evenly (gap at the bottom when closed). Door handles have dents and not vertical when screwed. Instruction was wrong at one place with parts 13 and 14 which should be swapped around with the holes on the wrong side otherwise. Taking out the sticker peel off the veneer. Otherwise all good.

I love this cabinet - very aesthetically pleasing. Easy to clean under with it being elevated. I put it together myself (without a power drill) and managed ok, however two would be preferable. I have encountered the same problem as others with the doors being difficult to open and close. I found one is easy and slides smoothly, the other sticks and requires a whole body effort to ‘feed’ it along the track. I put up with it cause it’s so damn pretty.

Ordered this during the holiday season, so delivery took a bit longer than expected. After assembling, the doors were quite stiff and not easy to open. Over time they’ve loosened up a little, especially the right door, which we use more often, so the sliding action is smoother now. However, we did notice some scratches on the door straight out of the box, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent piece once everything settles in, but the initial stiffness and the scratches on arrival were drawbacks.

Love this space

Looks great in the space I needed it for and holds lots of stuff. I painted the legs and handles gold to suit my apartment. Only downfall are the doors are a bit hard to open. P

Reasonably quick to assemble

Beautiful design. We are aware it’s not a tv unit but with kids it’s the perfect size so they can’t reach the tv. The draws were tough to move at first but once you open and close them a few times it becomes easy to slide open.

Assembly instructions were easy to follow, and the unit looks exactly like the description and photos on the T&W website. Is working as designed so far as a stand for a small turntable setup in the study. The sliding doors are very stiff, but a little candle wax in the groove will probably take care of it. Very happy with the purchase.

Delivery was earlier than advised, which I think is better, and there were regular notifications about the delivery. Product assembly guide was easy to follow. Please note that over tightening means the doors won't slide but this easy to fix by loosening the camlocks
