Shout out to Temple and Webster. Our toilet had a cracked cistern on delivery. We did not notice however for many weeks as it was part of a bathroom renovation. Despite this delay, T&W provided a COMPLETE replacement without hesitation and only one email. The new toilet arrived in less than a week. This kind of service is such a surprise these days and guarantees my ongoing patronage.
